Our versatile seminar-style setups at The Garden Venue can host  from 10 to 450 attendees, and can cater to both intimate conferences and large-scale events. 

Our seminar venues can be tailored to any style, from U-shape, theatre or classroom configuration and more. Our contemporary, minimalist halls and charming thatch-roofed spaces, are set within 3 hectares of tranquil, landscaped gardens, providing a refreshing change from conventional seminar environments and includes ideal breakaway spots for informal discussions.

We have a range of flexible seminar packages,  created in mind with the thought to meet the needs of every client and their attendee guests. We offer:

Does The Garden Venue offer hotel accommodation for seminar attendees?

On-site accommodation for seminar attendees is provided  at The Garden Venue. Our 46 hotel-style bedroom suites available across our Blueberry and Gardens hotel wings, makes this seminar venue a convenient all-in-one destination for multi-day events or out-of-town delegates.

Hotel accommodation can be added  into your seminar package, and our event planners will assist with all booking logistics. This becomes very beneficial for  national or regional groups gathering for strategic sessions or training seminars. The venue’s tranquil environment also strengthens overnight stays, offering a peaceful retreat.

Is there on-site catering available for seminar attendees?

Yes, The Garden Venue offers exceptional on-site catering services as part of our seminar packages. From welcome beverages, tea and coffee with pastries to fully catered lunches and canapé receptions, our catering can be tailored to suit your event’s duration and tone (with Halal and Kosher food also provided). 

Our seminar venues feature elegant buffet serving stations, such as the mosaic buffet in The Peacock Room and optional dedicated bar and lounge areas, creating comfortable spaces for networking and relaxation between sessions. Menus can accommodate a variety of dietary requirements, and our experienced culinary team ensures that each meal is fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented.
