What types of corporate events is The Garden Arena suitable for?

The Arena can be customised to suit medium and large-scale events, including multi-part programmes and exhibitions, where space is at a premium. Conferences and seminars can be configured to include breakaway spaces for group discussions. Breakaway spaces can also be set up in the dedicated garden.

In addition to practical business purposes, like product launches and networking functions, you can also hire the Garden Arena for glamourous occasions, like gala dinners, and informal events, like team-building days and year-end celebrations.

What facilities and amenities are available at The Garden Arena for business events?

We provide an array of facilities and amenities to help make your corporate event a success. For instance, you have three options when you choose the Garden Arena: the main banquet hall, Arena Bar, and Cascades Pavillion, which is cantilevered over koi ponds.

We also provide AV equipment, including sound systems and projectors, and Wi-Fi is free. You needn’t worry if you experience technical difficulties because you can call on our onsite tech support services.

Keep your guests well-fed with our gourmet catering options.

Can the event space be customised to suit branding or specific themes?

Yes, we can certainly customise the space to suit your specific needs. The hall’s decor is elegant and neutral, so you can easily put your stamp on the space. You can set the stage, literally, by arranging stage sets (including custom lighting), branding banners, and temporary signage. Branded tents and pavilions are easy to put up outside.

We can easily decorate the hall according to different themes. We even have decor for some of the most common themes available. You can work with our event coordinators to ensure you get exactly the layout you want, in keeping with your chosen decor.

Are there breakout or networking areas available within The Garden Arena?

Yes, there are three functional spaces for breakout and networking areas.

  1. Arena Hall: Primary event area
  2. Arena Bar: Refreshments and networking between sessions, during meals, and after the event.
  3. Cascades Pavillion: Cantilevered deck over koi ponds for breakout sessions and discussion groups.

Event coordinators will ensure a natural flow (for people, themes, and decor) between sessions to encourage networking and relaxation during coffee breaks and when the event is over.
