We said we have 12 venues available for a variety of functions. Now, we’re going to explore some of them in a bit more detail.
The Bamboo Boardroom: Up to 10 guests
It’s a cosy space perfect for small parties and business functions. There’s a paved patio outside that can increase capacity and provide an R&R area for breaks during all-day events.
The Palm Boardroom: Up to 14 guests
If you’re looking for a reunion venue for close friends or family then the Palm Boardroom ticks all the boxes. It’s a neutral space that you can decorate according to your theme, like an 80th birthday party or ruby anniversary.
The Makhulu Boardroom: Up to 20 guests
The 6m long table is perfect for small conferences or celebrations, like university graduations. It spills out onto a garden breakaway space where conference attendees can split into groups or party guests can mingle.
Now let’s go to the other end of the spectrum and look at three of the larger venues.
The Fever Tree: Up to 144 guests
The venue contains three areas:
- The Fever Tree Hall
- The Fever Tree Bar
- And the private Fever Tree atrium surrounded by trees.
The Forest Banquet Hall: Up to 350 guests
The Hall also comprises three areas:
- The Forest Banquet Hall
- The Forest Piazza
- And the Lily Pond Forest Amphitheatre.
The Forest Banquet Hall is perfect for large weddings, team building, and multi-day conferences.
The Garden Arena: Up to 450 guests
This is our largest venue, making it perfect for major events, like expos and art installations. The garden is large enough for a marquee so you can maximise capacity.
Your Wish, Our Command
Not everyone has the time to plan parties or other events. We take that burden off your shoulders with full-service support, from catering to hotel accommodation.
Let’s explore some of our services in more detail.
Catering: From multi-course dinners to tea and biscuits on arrival, our private chefs can do it all. If you have special dietary requirements (vegan, halaal) simply let us know and our chefs will do that too. We’ll even bake birthday and wedding cakes, so you don’t have to scramble to find a bakery that can deliver on time.
Décor: We can supply décor for several standard themes, but you’re welcome to treat the venue as a blank canvas and bring your own decorations and colours to make the space truly yours.
Entertainment: You don’t need to bring your own equipment because we provide a range of audio-visual options, including large screens for slide shows and DJs to get the party started.
Bar services: Wet and dry bars, including barmen and waiters.
Beverages: Including assistance with beverage selection, which is great if your event features food and wine pairing.
Photographer: Our photographer is on hand if you want something a little more professional than your smartphone.
Hotel accommodation: Our boutique hotel has 46 hotel suites, so your guests can stay over in the lap of luxury. Shuttle services and transfers are also available.
Event coordination: As mentioned, our coordinators can manage the entire event from start to finish, or they can take care of a handful of jobs, like flower arrangements and menu selection.
In the end, the name of the game is personalisation. Your coordinator can advise you and guide you, but rest assured that you always have the final say.

You can choose the package that suits your needs and your wallet by combining the services that meet your purpose. For instance, you might want a barman, but have your own waiters ready and waiting. You can bring in your own catering, as well as your own entertainment equipment if you have specific needs.
